OVERVIEW

This website is operated by valvecore, based in Gdańsk, Poland. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, without prior notice, change the services, stop providing the services, or create usage limits for the services.

SECTION 3 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received before an order is processed.

SECTION 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Polish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods. To exercise this right, contact us at: legatwojciech@gmail.com.

SECTION 5 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returned items must be in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

SECTION 6 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
