RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Polish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, contact us at legatwojciech@gmail.com within the 14-day window. We will respond with return instructions promptly.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent — in which case we cover the cost.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. If you paid by card, your bank may require additional processing time.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Digital products or downloadable software
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at legatwojciech@gmail.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
