ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (POLAND)
We ship to all addresses within Poland. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days
we are shipping to you using InPost
DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at legatwojciech@gmail.com.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out to us at legatwojciech@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it promptly.
